I have been going here for 5 yrs. I saw Tye and was impressed. I now see his replacement. I will have to give him some time to get up to speed. He's really trying and spends alot of time with you. I have not yet experienced any negative issues.

I don't know what you guys have done to this office but you have completely destroyed patient care being a long time patient over 20 years I cannot believe how hard it is to communicate with the front desk. I have called been issued an appointment showed up for said appointment and was advised that they scheduled it for the wrong year and so I will need to come back on a different day, and as a business owner who canceled clients and lost money this is unacceptable, I have also shown up for an appointment made to sit for over 30 minutes and then told by the medical assistant I was marked as a no-show because the front desk forgot to advise the doctor I had arrived. Call to make an appointment for a torn muscle and advise that I need to wait until October 23rd to be seen.... When reaching out through MyChart I am told by the doctors that I could call the office and get the same day appointment that is never the case! I absolutely love the doctors in this office but something needs to be done with the communication in the front office

Used to go here and had great care. Wanted to become a patient again after being with Kaiser for a few years. Can't get in as a "New" patient for 5 months! Are you telling me that they are booked solid for almost half a year? Don't go here if you think you might need to see a doctor more than twice a year.

The providers seem ok, but the staff simply does not care. From my very first visit, when they seemed quite disinterested that they had given me someone else's paperwork, until my two most recent, totally pointless, visits that they insisted I had to have even though I am up-to-date on everything. My insurance asked me to file an appeal on the last visit because it helps them track this sort of thing, but I am pretty much stuck with this place right now because of my insurance, so I hesitate to make a big fuss. I went ahead and paid the big bill so that they wouldn't send me to collections. I have tried to reason with them more than once, and the last time they told me that their manager would be calling to discuss my concerns. Of course, that never happened. And Heaven help you if you need care anytime soon, because they can't get you in for weeks or months. Makes you wonder.
