Me and my wife went for a newborn passport photo here yesterday. The owner was phenomenal. He put in that extra time and effort to click the photo of my baby who was not in a cooperative mood . He was very friendly and professional. Will definitely go here again. He was very patient. Definitely recommend this place.

I visited the UPS store on Highland Rd, Kitchener and had a great experience with the friendly staff. They helped me with organizing an urgent international delivery and the whole process was quick, efficient and good value. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't recommend this UPS store to anyone. Go out of your way and drive to Cambridge for UPS. I delivered my package to them earlier in the week and they didn't scan it or put in on the truck. I called and they said the truck was too full. Fine, I understand. Later in the week I had a few orders that needed to be delivered next day. I waited in line to inform them of the mistake earlier in the week and reiterate that my packages MUST ship today as they needed to arrive the next day. I think you can guess where this is going - they once again did not ship my items. Good thing I called them the next day to ask why they haven't moved. I paid $375 at Fedex for a Saturday delivery and will also have to drive to deliver another item. 0 stars for this experience. I don't understand how you can screw someone over twice in one week. He mentioned that most shipments are amazon returns... yes exactly so put my orders on the truck and hold back a return that doesn't have a deadline.
