I worked with Hamed on my chronic lower back pain caused by a bulging disk. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and would use a variety of exercises every session. Hamed would also give me a carefully selected list of exercises to do at home, between sessions, which really helped with my pain. If you are looking for some excellent physiotherapy care and a well-thought-out plan, I cannot recommend Hamed enough!
