I'm so glad I was because another shop decided to break my windshield and not own up to it when I brought it in for something totally different (that is a whole another story). Anyhow I called in a frazzle and spoke to Jenn. She was so amazing to deal with from the start! She explained thoroughly different types and brands of glasses and how they can affect your vision and lane departure cameras. She was able to make me feel more at ease and comfortable taking my car to her as my car is freshly wrapped and I am tired of being screwed over. She told me that she would allow me to watch the entire process so I can see how it is done and how gentle she will be with my car! She was able to fit me in the next day which was awesome! Fast forward to the next day, when I showed up she explained everything to me and allowed me to watch from start to finish. She even showed me how the other shop possibly cracked my windshield. She was awesome to deal with and had a great friendly attitude and personality! I was in and out within a few hours and on my way!!! Which was awesome! I got to speak to the owner as well and a few other staff there and they all seem amazing and truly care about you and your car. I would not hesitate to bring my car back there in the future for any other windshield/glass repairs or even mechanical work as they also have a mechanic on site. All in all, I am truly happy with my experience here and would 100% recommend anyone to go here for any of your glass and mechanical needs! Thank you again so much for a positive experience !
