So I wasnt anticipating a fun time finding a repair shop and dealing with insurance to get it fixed. But these guys go above and beyond. From Emalee in the front, who explains eveything clearly and is very patient and friendly, to Joe who ensured a complete repair, and Greg who helped me get a rental fast and efficiently. Specifically - Between them, they followed up regularly to update me on the status of the parts and repair, before I even thought about it- throughout the holidays. They made sure I had a rental and even returned it for me. AND my truck was repaired perfectly! But even better- It was spotless inside and out, detailed meticulously, which was a VERY pleasant touch to cap off an inconvenient and unfortunate fender -bender. I highly recommend them for what felt like 'white glove service'.
