Fine & Country and in particular Aimee Wragg were excellent and I can’t recommend them enough. Compared to other Estate Agents I have used I had complete trust in her. Nothing was too much, including helping me rake leaves before the photos were taken. I was delighted with the photos, the write up of the house and the whole approach taken. They sold my house in a couple of weeks and I was really happy with how the negotiations were handled. I would only use Aimee to buy or sell from now on.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Jack Rees at Fine and Country. He provided a very professional service including staging the house, professional photos and a video as well as a very successful social media campaign. We allowed Fine and Country to hold an open house weekend by the end of which we had received 3 offers and reached an agreement with our selected buyer within a couple of days. Jack continued to support the sale and regularly provided updates and chased the lawyers from both sides. Overall I would highly recommend the service provided by Jack and Fine and Country.
