In the married part of my life (48 years) my wife and I have moved more times than I care to count and purchased homes just about every where we’ve lived. That said, I don’t think we ever had as wonderful an experience as we have had with Authentic Homes, the builders, the administrators and the staff. The home came with a 1-year, wall-to-wall warranty and even though the house was built quite well and our need for the warranty was minimal, when there was something that needed attention, we got a fast, efficient response from Lauri and Tyler and the issue was resolved quickly and correctly. At 11 months we did a thorough walk-through of the house with the staff and while there were just a few very minor issues they were taken care of quickly. I can honestly say that I have never had such a positive experience with a home purchase and the builder and I would highly recommend Authentic Homes for the quality of the home and the customer service experience after the sale.

🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨 Run—don’t walk—away from this outfit. Collapsed in Kansas and Missouri for a reason. Predatory. Dishonest. Our case: the builder is contractually required to fix defects in the first year. We followed the process. They stalled, dodged, and flat-out ignored it. The damage: • Flooring: Broken, shifting LVP in kitchen and garage entry. • Bathroom: Tiles cracking and moving from sloppy install. • HVAC: Undersized by 50–65% (verified by manual J) despite installer claims. • Garage Door: Painted and sticking, weather trim botched. • Sliding Door: Missing promised screen, misaligned, jams in cold weather. Their tactic: hide behind disposable staff who deflect until you give up—classic bad-faith play. Bottom line: Buy from them and you’ll be paying for their failures yourself.
