Absolutely the WORST renting experience I have ever had!! Greg Petterson WILL find a way to smuggle you out of your own money in a non-timely manner. Greg does not know how to handle his clients OR business. Utility and rent bills always come late, No response when you need help. Save yourself from this renting experience and do not sign with Greg Petterson!
