DraeaIf I could leave a negative star I would ā¦ I normally donāt leave reviews, but my experience with Key Auto has been so frustrating that I feel other customers deserve to be warned. This is the second vehicle Iāve purchased from this dealership ā my first experience was fine, but this most recent one has been nothing but stress and disappointment. Within 30 days of buying my car, the check engine light came on. I was told to bring it to a warranty shop over an hour away, which I had to do twice. I even had to pay for an Uber home when they said the car wouldnāt be ready for hours, only to later be told the repair wouldnāt be covered and would cost over $5,000 out of pocket. On top of that, I was promised a set of winter tires with my purchase back in January, which I still have not received despite months of calls, texts, and emails. Their voicemail is constantly full, and the salesperson I dealt with (Tyler) has completely ignored my messages. Iāve sent multiple emails, including a formal written notice, and have received no response at all. Iāve since filed a formal complaint with OMVIC and am preparing to take legal action if this isnāt resolved immediately. At this point, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Key Auto. My experience has been filled with broken promises, zero communication, and a complete lack of accountability! Responding to your reply! Iāve emailed the address provided in your reply but, as with my previous attempts, have not heard anything back. This issue has been ongoing since January, and Iām still without the winter tires that were part of my purchase. I really hope this message doesnāt go ignored like all the others.

Emergency crews responded to the blaze, which broke out early in the morning at the dealership on Wyecroft Road. While the cause is under investigation, police are not commenting on potential responsibility at this time.ā - Google. Got a car not the most ideal one, but told me to come back in a year after and they would take it back and we would do a trade in for something more what I was looking for. Completely ghosted, I think I have reached out about 8 times. Typical nasty used car salesman tactics. Promise the world, and not deliver after you sign the contract. Car was also delivered about a week late. Had gotten rid of my previous car the night before this one should have been delivered. Resulted in taking cabs to and from work and anywhere else for a week. Had zero care.
