Mo EzzaddinTerrible experience Last October I took my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport (with 18,800 km) to Image Honda primarily because I was hearing a specific sound coming from the rear brakes. My expectation was that the team would diagnose the noise and recommend the necessary repair, likely starting with an assessment of the brake pads and caliper function. I was shocked to learn that the recommended solution was to machine all four rotors. And that’s wasn’t under warranty so I paid 279$ See the pictures

Truly godsends! Paola, Ralph, Adrian are truly masters of their crafts and deserve everything life has to offer and more! I met with three different representatives at three Honda dealerships today, and there’s a reason I chose to come back. Michael’s approach was honest and transparent—qualities I wish more reps had. McKayS_NFI am a Honda guy who does most of my own repairs and maintenance on my car. I will back Honda as a reliable brand but I wanted to warn customers to shop around before you purchase parts at this dealership or any other Honda dealership for that matter. I happened to be in the area on Saturday, and it was my first time at Image Honda. I have a 2013 Honda Accord EXL 2.4l with 259000 kms and soon it will need the engine cover gasket replaced. The engine cover gasket kit retails from $90 to $150, depends on where you go other than Honda. At Image Honda, they quoted a price of over $500 for the gasket kit. 🙄🙀 That's about $400 over retail price anywhere else. This dealership is the reason why the term "Stealership" was invented!! Talk about price gouging!! They will probably reply to this review and say that Honda highly recommends OEM Honda parts. That's BS! My car has almost 260k and I've rarely used OEM parts and service and my car runs great!! If I didn't do my own work and homework, this job would have cost me over $2000 for this repair at this dealership. I am suggesting to potential customers to shop around before purchasing parts here. There are other retailers with much better prices. I feel so bad for vulnerable people who fall for this!! Unbelievable!! 🤦‍♂️Do better Honda!
