They were professional, friendly, and made sure to keep me updated with everything that was going on while they were taking care of my truck. They made a point of letting me know what was needed and what can wait, and made recommendations based on honesty and integrity. I would not hesitate to visit Brian’s again.

Friendly, No BS service. Had my vehicle diagnosed and fixed the same day. They could have ( like the stealership) tried to talk me in to completing replacements for both sides of the vehicle but stated other side was fine. Fair price and good service. Would recommend.

Terrible owner, they cost me over $6500 plus tax in repairs. It was falsely charged, as it was only a $1200 repair verified by Canadian Tire. I will inform as many people as possible to avoid Brian's auto at all costs. They are corrupt and dishonest. My sister in law also had a recent issue with there staff closing the shop early, after she took an Uber to pick up her car from 30km from her home. She left without her car and had to pay for her Uber home, without her car.
