Service Representative at this location has always been helpful and informative but has spent more time apologizing and comping mistakes by Technicians incompetence. 1. Flubbed a fuel pump recall replacement. Had to return my vehicle to have them do it again. 2. Left my driver side window down during a rainstorm driver side interior front and back was soaked. Service department had to keep my vehicle overnight to dry vac and allow it to dry. 3. Oil change secured my 4Runners skid plate with zip ties cause it seemed like the thing to do. This is the only location I’ve had the oil changes done at. I had to take it back to again to have the bolts put in. 4. Flubbed the installation of a caliber cross threading a bolt on the caliber causing it to leak brake fluid. Vehicle was brought back to dealership because the brake pressure was low and made sure to charge me a brake flush but didn’t see the leak then nor address the problem $1200+ $150 brake flush. Simply your service is unacceptable by any standard.
Today, I had the pleasure of dealing with Miss Patsy Fowler. Myself and my wife came to only LOOK at vehicles and Patsy helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was extremely helpful. She didn’t seem to mind my crazy toddler. She was there every step of the way, and we couldn’t be happier with our new Tundra

After taking my vehicle for oil change for the first time, that’s what all the problems started again my check engine light kept on for the past months took him back to get repair with negative results have to purchasing a extended warranty for $4000 which technically has not covered anything of my vehicle because I had to pay $1000 out of my pocket with a discount the employee sales rep. Michele has been very helpful. I feel sorry for her. I have to put his complain, but I’m not satisfied with the warranty or the services or the technicians taking my vehicle to get a water leak repair which according to them a hose was damage I was called and advised them. My vehicle was already good and ready for pick up. I picked up my vehicle four days later coming across to full of bird shit the battery was dead. They had to jumpstart the battery because they could not find the keys to doing so before they had to get Smith to open the door, causing damages and scratches to my door, went ahead and parked under the service deck to retrieve my stuff from other vehicle to my rep vehicle and that’s what I noticed that were still on my vehicle for them is nothing special but for all of us customers and consumers it doesn’t matter the brand or the vehicle we drive we pressures them and purchase them with love to give some love care and for the service department to do as well. I will say my truck it’s not a good brand or brand but it is Range Rover. No soccer are very expensive. It can also be a 1974 Ford Pinto it does not matter it’s our vehicle and we pay for it and we pay for the service to be done correctly. I’m not being here. I want my vehicle to be fixed. I’m close to the holidays. I wanna enjoy my days with my family and friends so anybody out there can talk to Manager, if you guys can fix my vehicle and return my money back, I’ll find another place and please treat everybody with care and helpful and try to help as much as we can. We have very heavy problems in this world to be dealing with our problems with our vehicles I’ll tell you were fineissues to my vehicle and ladies and gentlemen reference to the warranty don’t get it don’t get a warranty they sell there. I pay $4000 and I still paid $1000 out of my pocket.
