My salesman, Adrian, was very patient and helpful. He took his time and showed me a few different models and trim levels of those models. He made sure that I found a vehicle that I loved, that had all the features I wanted, and that was in my budget. The whole Chevrolet North Corpus Christi team were great to work with and made the buying process easy and "pain-free". Would definitely buy from them again and suggest others buy from them as well.

I'm beyond upset, my vehicle was having fuel starting problem this time. It recently had a thermostat problem had repaired at the same shop. It was pretty difficult to get in contact with advisors and no follow ups. I had other concerns from the previous repair from 3 weeks prior and that was ignored. Then I had another issue happen with the fuel starting problem, once finally got ahold of advisor 2 days later finally was going to look at my car then I had to reach out again to see what was found. I told to go ahead and proceed so then had to order part. The advisor told me my brake pads was also getting low and I asked for a price to do the brake pads or was that included in my quote. The advisor told me they will get me a price and yup 5 days later I'm still waiting on the price. So once my wife picked up my car and paid for the fuel system repair. Once I got home I noticed the cabin air filter was sitting in the floor board along with the brackets. So I looked and seen the cabin air filter wasn't installed back because once again I assume was waiting to be asked if wanted to replace. But I never was asked or notified. So the tech just left it apart in my floor board. Then I noticed my sunglasses Oakley's Gascan Black are missing "and I know that's on me for leaving those in my car". As from my first repair the thermostat assembly the insulation on top of the manifold was torn up, also the black plastic motor cover wasn't installed back and is missing so the top of the motor is open exposed with torn insulation. So yes I don't think I can return the that Chevrolet dealership. 2 experiences = 2 poor repairs and communication. I just am pretty stunned I would thought multiple people would have seen and inspected repairs and clean up all parts but back and installed properly. But in both of my repairs to the same car that wasn't the case.

Frank the manager was so kind and helpful with all the paperwork and making sure he gave us the best deal possible. Buying a car from them was super easy and fast definitely recommend them.
