Where do I begin… we just leased an apartment here at 544 Union. Reginal in the leasing office made the process easy and seamless, answering all of my many questions promptly. He is the best! The whole consierge team has been incredible, going above and beyond to help us with the move in process, even storing large packages that were delivered days earlier than we moved in. Thank you Benny and Niko for the quick response and repair of my floor! There was a leak and some water got under the floor and it wasn’t drying from a humidifier. I was worried that the repairs might take some time, but they were able to take out the floor, dry everything, and put in the new floor all in the same day! You guys are the best.

Clean, dog friendly building with lots of amenities; including a great rear courtyard (mini putting green, lounge chairs, grills, etc.), huge rooftop with Manhattan skyline views, and spacious gym. Great maintenance staff. Friendly neighbors.
