Tom’s approach to marketing our house meant we had received and accepted an offer within 3 days of the first viewings. The experience and knowledge of the whole team is second to none. Throughout the whole process Sam kept us updated, liaising with our buyer, solicitor and the developer of our onward purchase. She was always on hand to answer any questions and took the stress away of trying to chase for answers. I couldn’t recommend them more and if we move again we would use them without a doubt.
