Extremely disappointed with poor service and communication In 11/2024, I gave at least a full month and provided keys for free access so they could carry out repairs based on the snagging report as they promised. Despite this, many issues were still left unresolved. Over an half year, I had to repeated follow up. Eventually, I was asked to take a day off work on a weekday to allow their contractors to come and fix the outstanding issues. However, after I took the day off, the contractor did not show up — and this was not the first time it happened. I had also clearly expressed my dissatisfaction in an email, raising serious concerns about the repeated delays and lack of communication. Instead of taking responsibility, the Customer Relations Manager Mr. B tried to shift the blame onto me — even though it was entirely due to their own oversight in failing to complete the agreed repairs during the access period I had already provided. On top of that, the Customer Relations Manager was consistently unresponsive — I sent multiple emails that were not answered and I need to chased him to reply back , and phone calls were ignored most of the time. Even when I contacted the customer service team, they told me they were unable to reach the manager either. This level of disorganisation, lack of ownership, and poor communication is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with crest

Extremely disappointed with the experience. On the morning of 21st May at 10am, workers from the developer illegally entered my private back garden without any notice or even ringing the doorbell. They were supposed to work on another plot, but instead mistakenly came to my house. They dug up my lawn, which resulted in damaged grass and uneven ground, and used my private water supply for their work. After they left, my garden and driveway were left muddy and dirty, severely affecting the living environment. I had to ask a friend, who was unwell, to drive over and check what was happening. Although I later contacted the aftersales , I have yet to receive any clear explanation or compensation. The lack of professionalism and customer care is truly disappointing.

We have had a fantastic experience with Crest Nicholson from start to finish. One of the standout aspects was their commitment to the moving date – they made sure everything was ready for us on time, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. Any issues we encountered with the house were addressed promptly and efficiently. Special mention goes to Brian and Vitali, who have been absolutely brilliant throughout. They were always quick to respond to our questions and took the time to resolve any concerns we had. Their customer service has been exemplary, and we really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, we are extremely happy with our new home and the support from the team.
