Allen CoxThey used to be a preferred carrier. But if I could give our local terminal negative stars I would. They will not deliver to our company saying they are unable to get into our drive way, but literally every other LTL and private carrier has not problem. and even when a vendor does ship something by them it will sit on their dock and they will not notify. Just had another shipment that was sent via Averitt and it has been sitting on their dock since 7/22 and have not been notified. And the worst part about it, they don't seem to care about it.

Heather HowardRUDE DRIVER!!! We live off a main road...the driver said he could not find our address. Why drivers don't have GPS I cannot understand. He went to another location (Walmart), we offered to find him & have him follow us...he refused...which is ridiculous because I was in Walmart! I called him...no answer, left a voice mail...no return call, sent a text...ignored! He was very rude & angry...as if it were our fault he could not get on a main road & turn right! The one compliment I have is for Chandler in customer service & Drew in appointments. They took care of setting everything up for delivery the next day. Both were very nice & polite.
