We stayed in this hotel a week ago. The beds don't offer a lot of support and amenities are a bare minimum. The room was clean and I like that there is no carpeting. Breakfast was average at best. They had forgotten to get the butter from the fridge which made it a bit hard to spread on muffins and bagels. My biggest complaint is that a week later, they still have not removed the hold charge for incidentals. I just talked to the hotel and they said they have no idea how long that will take. They wanted to charge me a penny and then refund the penny because that might take care of it. I feel a week is plenty long enough to cancel a pending charge they are not entitled to. I would have a hard time recommending them because of this.

Everything just feels fake here. Its very cheaply made with small rooms.. For the price that is. Then the lack of viable amenities. Like a tv that is app capable. Instead you have to disconnect your VPN. Then connect to their Wi-Fi to "cast" from your phone. No thank you. I like to keep my credit card info and bank info to myself. Thanks. So now your forced to watch live tv. Great. It also very odd the make absolutely sure you know about the Wi-Fi and what the password is cause it is everywhere. Come on! Do not trust this hotel.

Extremely clean! All of the hotel personel we encountered where pleasant and courteous. The complimentary breakfast is the best we have ever had. I appreciated the nondairy beverage options. Coffee and water were available all day. Overall our stay was A+

I was under the impression that this was a “newer” hotel. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, the refrigerator probably didn’t get lower than 50 degrees, there are no microwaves in the rooms, the TV didn’t work properly, etc. I stayed here for the proximity to the airport, which was convenient. However, I had an early flight and called the front desk for a 4am wake up call…they didn’t call. Fortunately I woke up after my 4th alarm on my phone went off. Most people likely stay here because it’s a few minutes from the airport (there’s really nothing else around), and when you request a wake-up call and they don’t deliver, that’s very poor service. I won’t stay here again the next time I travel.
