I don't usually post negative reviews, but I just had to because of my experience. I had such high expectations when I came in for my mani and pedi but was very very disappointed! I paid $200+ which was insane because $40 each to upgrade to gel is just so outrageous. My cuticles weren't properly removed and nails weren't fully painted. I've gotten so many mani and pedi at different places and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I do not recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience at Azalea. Despite being busy, the staff were incredibly accommodating and hospitable from the moment I walked in. I received the keratin smoothing treatment, and Tom was exceptional—he answered all my questions and provided great advice. It was a relaxing experience, and I left with a beautiful style. My hair feels amazing. Highly recommend!

With the high stars this salon has, I'm not sure my review will make a dent. My usual hair salon could not fit me in so I found the best reviewed I could with an opening and booked. My hair looks terrible. I was given a K18 treatment, but my hair has never been more dry or rough. I could not get my wet brush through it tonight after washing it for the first time since my appointment, mind you I'm using the same products I have for years. The owner Tom did my hair and said that other stylists have over processed me before, but I've never had my hair this frizzy and rough feeling before. My scalp is still red in spots also several days later. It has never burned before. He saw all the frizzy baby hairs and said that's why he doesn't like to bleach them. Well you're the stylest, why did you then?!? I was speechless. The color also has tons and tons of bleeds. I'm embarrassed to even put my hair in a pony tail. He did a very quick 3 minute cut. I thought he would come back and make sure the cut was even, etc., but he never did. After cutting off almost 2 inches of ends, my hair looks thinner. I'm really not sure what/how he cut it since I was facing sway from the mirror, but I'm embarrassed at how it looks and doesn't hang evenly. Maybe he was too busy since his helpers did most of the work while he bounced between 3 different clients during my appointment, but I was definitely a rushed customer. I will not be back in the future and will wait out my usual salon. Pictures so not do the bad job justice. It is way worse in daylight. Shannon his helper was really sweet though.

It wasn't a nice experience for me when the owner said "I'd been going to cheap salons" and he has 20 more people coming in while discussing bringing my daughter there. He didn't style my hair at all after blowdrying because he did not have styling product. Just not what a "high end" experience should be.
