We have been tenants coming up on 3 years now with RNB. Their timeliness with communication about everything is something you don't see in the property management business. We were given a notice to vacate, due to the landlords selling the home and special shout out to Marshal who has been very helpful with applying to new houses within RNB. I knew as soon as we were told this house was going for sale we didn't want to rent with any other property management company besides RNB. One thing that is especially nice about RNB is their timeliness with any maintenance work orders, which are dealt with what feels like immediately. I highly recommend renting through RNB, you will not regret it!

RNB has been great, I dont understand why they've got bad reviews. This hasn't been my experience with them as the property management. They're great at communicating and the application process was easy to do just took a little work but nothing too hard or difficult. For the past few years we've been renting we've had a few things come up and they have gotten every issue handled in a timely manner and I cannot stress how great they've been at communicating. Thanks Todd and the whole crew at RNB you all have made my renting experience excellent. If you're considering a property management team look no further!

Pay attention most property management companies and landlords will require your income be three times the rent or 2.5 but they go off GROSS income! RNB property management Will take your $50 for an application fee then deny you because THEY go off net income (but do not list that)which is ridiculous. I noticed the houses they post stay up for a very long time and I’m sure they collect a lot of $50 application fees?? I also noticed the houses that they post are for the same amount of rent which catches your eye because its affordable… seems shady

Since these supposed property management people have taken over managing the rental that I live in they have increased my rent over $600 in 3 years and I'm expecting them to do it again It is just absolutely ridiculous! They harass you they constantly send you text messages and emails I've had to block them just because I feel so harassed are you really sending me to different reminders to pay my rent It's the biggest bill I have I'm not going to forget to pay my rent!
