We have had a pleasant experience the 3 years we rented through One Next Property Management. They were always professional and quick to respond to questions, issues and repair requests. Their website made it easy to request and schedule repairs and made paying the monthly rent a breeze. When we left, we were given a list of all things needing to be done and upon completion we recieved our entire deposit back in a timely manner. The transfer of keys at the end was easy. I wish all property management company did so well.
