George our driver was punctual and kind! He got us to our destination safely and made sure we were good in between offering to stop for anything we needed! He picked up my bridal party from Fresno to Visalia! And then back again for the same trip for the groomsmen! Super glad he worked us into the schedule 🤍 The party bus was super clean! And smelled good! There was ice for us already! Super spacious for all of our bridal party bags! I was worried about the space because I had a bridal party of 13! But we fit perfectly and so did our goods and totes! Thanks George with Royalty Coaches!! I wish I got more pictures!!

I’m very disappointed with Royalty Coaches service. I booked and paid for this transport almost 2 months ago. Please allow me to outline my experience this far: 1) There was no driver waiting for me at FAT as per my booking contract and flight details provided. 2) I called the office after waiting 10 minutes and shortly after, I received a call from the driver saying he was told 9:30am despite me having provided the flight information at the time of booking. Royalty Coaches should be tracking my arrival. 3) I waited over 30 minutes for the driver to arrive - flight landed 9:04am, driver arrived 9:36am. 4) At the time of booking, I not only provided my flight details, but also my and destination information. Still, the driver asked for the address where I was going. I was also asked what time I’m returning. Again, I provided all this information already. 5) The vehicle is dirty, rap music was playing, there was no car charger cable for my phone, and the temperature was set at 62°. The company response: First I would like to offer you a sincere apology. You are right to be dissatisfied with the service you have been shown. That is not how we run our business and definitely not the kind of service our customers deserve. You provided all the necessary information to Royalty Coaches to ensure there were no hiccups from the start of the service to the end. We dropped the ball, not something we are proud of, however it is the truth. Your service was initially given to another Chauffeur and changed at the last minute by our nighttime dispatch. The information was not passed on in its entirety to the other Chauffeur. And that is something that will be looked into and adjustments will be made to ensure this will never happen again. Although that does not negate the service you received and the inconvenience and frustration you had to deal with at the airport. We will also be looking into the fact that your vehicle was not clean, and that music was playing when you got into the vehicle. All of our vehicles should be clean and presentable for our clients and NO music should ever be playing unless the Passenger requests it. This is definitely not how we wanted your service to go, we do very much appreciate you bringing all the issues to the forefront. Again, on behalf of Royalty Coaches I am truly sorry for the experience you had to deal with this morning. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to make you feel you were heard and truly appreciated. The original service was 9am-11am. After the late pickup the service time was changed to 9:30am-11:30am we will not be charging for anything past 11:30am.

My daughter had her eighth grade promotion yesterday, so we got 20 kids together to ride the party bus to go eat and grab ice cream they had a blast, the company was very easy to work with the driver was great with the kids. He showed up a little earlier and gave us time to take pictures of the kids and he brought them back right on time. I will definitely always come to Royal coaches for my limo and party bus needs thank you guys.

Terrible experience with the hygiene of the charter bus we reserved for our wedding. Bus smelled like poop and left a bad impression on our guests coming to and leaving the venue. So disappointed.
