Catharine is my physiotherapist and every time I see her I feel heard, I learn so much, and I’ve been given tools and encouragement that have helped me see real change. I can’t say enough about her, I feel lucky to have found her in Cochrane. I would highly, highly recommend her and this clinic overall.

I strongly recommend Iza Dzikowska. She helped not only me but also my daughter who saw 4 or 5 different physiotherapists before Iza and non could help her. Iza is a fantastic and dedicated physiotherapist. Interesting fact, she does not leave you for 20 min hooked to some device and leaves ( you know what I am talking about...) She is with you and she never used any of those devices with me nor my daughter. She works with your body!!! I am extremely grateful and very impressed with her practice. Thank YOU Iza!!!
