Jinu is an outstanding Physical Therapist well versed in diagnostics to continually provide the best treatments for my medical condition. He gives encouragement just when you need it the most. Jinu taught me how to gain strength and confidence while developing skills that I originally thought were gone forever. I am so grateful to Jinu!

I made a lot of progress very quickly with Jinu - he really pays attention to whats going on w me and helps me understand what path to take to get better. Ive done about 10 sessions with him but honestly i was already seeing my conditions improve after only 3 or 4 sessions. Hes also done the most effective needle/acupuncture treatments for my back spasms which Ive had to date. Jinu was not specifically recommended to me - my doctor recommended the practice and Jinu was available. This tells me that this practice is specific to pick out high quality employees.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had! Dr. Putnam went above and beyond to help provide me relief from an injury and improve the overall quality of my life. I had fallen on the ice in Feb 2025 and was referred to Dr. Putnam in June 2025. Up to that point I was told by an orthopedic surgeon that I required surgery and nothing else would help my severly herniated disc. I had tried PT, spinal epidurals (twice) and could not get any relief from the pinched nerve. 3 weeks before leaving on an adventure to travel through Europe and walk 100 miles through Spain I finally went to see Dr. Putnam. He assured me that he could help and that I would be able to walk without pain. AND HE WAS RIGHT!! I saw him 2x per week for the next three weeks prior to my trip and I can gratefully say that I had about 80-90% relief. While I was away he also emailed me to check-in. What doctor does that??!! Needless to say, John Putnam truly cares and pays special attention to your symptoms and executes a plan that is effective. Do not miss an opportunity to get real care and feel better. Here is what I had to say in response to his email. "Hi! First of all, I can’t thank you enough for following up and asking me how I’m doing. It says a great deal about who you are and how much you care about your patients. Secondly, I am absolutely blown away by the level of care that you provided to me during such a short period of time. I had been in so much discomfort for so many months and was not optimistic and you told me that I would be fine, and I was! It was quite an adventure that we went on and not every day was easy or completely pain-free but on average I would say I was 90% improved. I was able to walk the hundred miles through Spain with no pain and there were often times I would get teary-eyed with gratitude. There were many times on the trip that I would thank you out loud for feeling so good. My intent is to continue care with you during flareups. Life has been a little crazy as my grandma has been very sick so I haven’t been able to be back to see you, but I intend to. Thanks again for following up, thinking of me, repairing my body and making my trip possible I couldn’t have done it without you!!"

After four decades of migraines, neurologists, injections, and medications, this is where I found real relief. I'm three weeks into not having any migraines, which is the longest stretch of my life! Even through my main triggers (pressure changes with weather, and flying) still nothing! Come here, and if they offer you "dry needling" do it. I didn't believe them when they told me people ask for it, but I do now. I actually went there for my back, which I also get dry needling for, but the exercises, and stretches are all built around what my pain responds to which is helping a great deal. The doctors are incredible, human, encouraging, and respectful. Most importantly, they listen and adjust to what they see and hear. They focus on real healing here, and I'm so grateful to have found this place.
