This is my third experience with Backdoor Piping (love to know the origin of the company’s name). They serviced my furnace, serviced my A/C, and now replaced my old furnace. They showed up when they said they would every time, they were polite, considerate and cleaned up. Pricing was reasonable. I’d give them six stars but there are only five!

Great people, good service This was the first time I purchased an HVAC cleaning service. I like to learn, so I ensured I was with them at critical parts of the service for my own learning. The technicians were knowledgeable, and enjoyed talking with and teaching me, all the while working to ensure my vents were properly cleaned. They also let me know of an area they wanted furniture moved for proper vent access. Because of that, I was able to clear the area quite well before the day of cleaning. While all my vents were accessible, some still had furniture beneath them. This is important since the stuff from the vents fall to the floor beneath the vents. Because this was my first experience, I did not know to expect that. I had some furniture get dirty with dust, and not all of it was cleaned by the technicians after the vent cleaning. I think this could have been avoided had I been counseled to move all furniture below the vents for cleaning purposes. The way for this company to get 5-stars for me: I would have really appreciated it if the someone at the company (technicians or phone contact) either counseled me to move all my furniture so they wouldn't get dusty and to allow the technicians an easier time to clean up, or if the technicians could set up some kind of furniture protection to both keep them clean and make the cleanup easier. Overall, this was a great service, and I really enjoyed talking with and learning from the technicians! I got promotional pricing, which was also great! I recommend this company for a good service.
