I started going to Backfit after experiencing intense back pain. After an assessment we discovered my spinal discs were very compressed and my spine poorly aligned. After a few months of regular decompression and adjustments my pain and discomfort is virtually gone and I feel way better. Dr. Bentham has worked magic for my condition and the whole Backfit team is amazing!

I started my journey at backfit with about a third of my mobility in my low back and my neck. I could not tilt my head back without getting dizzy and my balance was poor. My spinal discs had varying degrees of compression, some so compressed that no space showed at all on my x-rays. The Chiropractic alignments here are different from the Chiropractic alignments I was used to over the last 30 years (with no real results! Because no other chiropractors were treating my root cause). Combined with the decompression therapy, my treatments have resulted in the return to 2/3 of my mobility, increasing strength without doing any special strengthening exercise, and an overall better sense of well-being. I am continuing to attend and expect to continue to improve. I'm excited I'm getting my life back! Take my advice, stop sleeping on your stomach, I was a stomach sleeper for decades and that compresses your discs. Also, go to the Backfit Instagram page and check out the posts and do the exercises.
