I’ve been to this location before, but the improvement since the new management took over is honestly impressive. Service was friendly, organized, and much more attentive than in the past. We ordered Ribs and Wings combo, juicy steak, onion rings and strawberry pecan salad. Food came out hot and exactly as ordered, even though it was busy. The change is really awesome and you can tell the team actually cares now. Definitely coming back 🥳

We had a Christmas dinner with our work team and everything went amazingly. Archi is awesome and very helpful with any questions. We got great recommendations! Started with wings and spicy chicken bread thing it was as expected. If you love very spicy food you won’t find it but it’s still very good. Then had filet magnon as it was a popular item although it looked tiny at first filled me really fast. It ended me with having to unzip my jeans yk. Good steak options for sure Very happy with our visit thank you archi

Ordered off of Uber Eats and we are very disappointed. It sucks that we’re made to pay a premium and get treated like trash. You’d think we’d get the same portions as dining in but no. Not to mention we subbed sweet potato fries for the chicken tenders and got regular fries and order chicken for the salad and never got it. Everything we ordered was cold the spin dip was gross and I can’t help but ask, how can you be proud to serve this up? Do you think because we aren’t there we won’t complain? Shame on you! This will be the last time we order or go to chucks. There’s better options out there and honestly I’m over mediocrity and people who don’t take pride in their work. You guys serve gross food good luck staying relevant at this rate. McDonald’s makes a better burger than you!

I came here with my boyfriend's family for his birthday dinner, and the service was incredible. We were seated very quickly, were able to choose a booth, or bar. Our server Robinson, was very charming and very attentive. He kept a close eye on our table and was so kind to my boyfriend's mother, and offered her hot water when she didn't find anything she wanted to drink on the menu, despite the language barrier, and kept it full. She was super happy. The owner even came to check on the service, and that we were having a good meal. The quality of the food is fresh and large portions. Even the bartender double checked that I was happy with my cocktail. At the end of our meal, they even brought out a delicious icecream dessert - on the house - for my boyfriend and the entire back kitchen staff and servers came out and sung Happy birthday to him, personalized with his name. Amazing service, they all made our experience lovely and memorable. Thank you! ❤️
