I HAVE ADDED PICTURES OF THE CHAT WHERE THEY KEPT LEAVING ME ON SEEN OVER AND OVER WITH NO ANSWER, SO DISRESPECTFUL To add to the frustration, I've been waiting for over a month to receive the rest of my orders. This delay is completely unacceptable and has caused a great deal of inconvenience for me. I had hoped to establish a positive and lasting relationship with the company, but these challenges have made me question the feasibility of such a partnership. Attempts to address these issues with the customer service team have been futile. My messages have been consistently left on "seen" without any meaningful action taken. In addition to the shipping delays, there appears to be a discrepancy in the fulfillment of my purchase. I have yet to receive several units that were part of my initial order. Despite the fact that there were a lot of negative reviews on the Internet, I can say that my personal experience was positive! All ordered items were delivered within two weeks without any problems. Everything was properly packaged and customer service always answered my questions. I will definitely order more.

Do not order from them. They won't send you a full order and refund your money to their account page, so in order to use that money you have to order more. And again they will do the same. So you lose money. And in the end they ignore you, don't answer emails or support chat.
