Baileys Garage MOT and Service Centre, Bracknell

I have just collected my wife’s Mini following a service. I have never used Baileys before and I’m not affiliated to them in any way, but they came highly recommended. I am totally blown away by the customer service, friendly staff, professionalism, quality of work and all at such amazing price point. We were quoted double this price by the nearest official Mini service centre. We also own a Range Rover and when that is serviced by the main dealer that price is simply eye watering. But somehow Baileys manage to offer an almost identical service complete with digital quotes, video vehicle reports from the technician with none of the scare mongering and up selling of services that I’m used to with main dealers. From start to finish the whole experience has been excellent. I just wish I had found this garage years ago. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you.

So impressed! Took my car in super fast. Said they couldn't look at it for about a week. But it was done in half a week! Sent txt messages with the quote and to let me know it was ready.....bit weird not getting a phone call, but when I called them the phone was always answered and any questions answered. Great service!

Went to Baileys after my timing chain snapped and they gave me a great price with great service and job completed so well I had a another issue had to take car back a few times but they found the issue and resolved for me nothing was ever to much always helpful and explained everything ifelt like a pain having to keep taking car back but was never made to feel like that with them . Would highly recommend and defo wont be going anywhere else again have already recommended to 2 of my collegues and they have had jobs done and were very impressed brilliant service good prices and a freindly team thank you for getting my car back on the road and in such a professional way .
