Nothing wrong with the service but watch the prices! Had used this company for years for our vans/cars & had always turned up when booked & completed the works. However, my son got a quote for some work from Ford for his car & I emailed Simon with a list of what needed doing. He came back with a quote which was virtually double Fords!! I emailed him back with a link to the Ford health check with the prices, thinking he may of made a mistake. Didn't even get a reply even out of courtesy after all the business we'd given him over the years. As I said no problem with the quality of the work but don't get complacent like we did & believe the hype about them saving you money! Won't use again!!

Unreliable!! Made an appointment on their online booking system for Mon 5 Feb, which they were unable to do, they then offered me the 8th Feb, received a text from "Simon" an hour and 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to inform me they would not be attending. Not a good way to run a business. UPDATE - In response to your reply, which is not factual!! I made the booking online on the 3rd February, for an appointment for the 5th February. You then contacted me on the 5th February at 11:55am, informing me that you could schedule me in for the 8th February at 2pm, which I was happy to accept. The day of the appointment at approximately 3:15pm you contacted me by text, this was now over an hour and fifteen minutes late, informing me you would not be able to attend, due to you having a horrendous day due to the weather. I appreciate that on the day of the appointment we had rain, however, I took the afternoon off work, which was unpaid. You could have contacted me to explain the appointment needed to be rearranged earlier, rather than not show up and then text me an hour and 15 minutes after the agreed appointment. You have also phoned and texted me today, informing me that the reason you were unable to attend was due to your colleague having an unwell child, which is NOT the same reason you gave me in your original text!! I hope the child has made a full recovery, however, I would kindly ask you to refrain from texting and phoning me.

My partner put 4 times the amount of oil that was recommended in our Audi as she didn’t know so I called around our local area of Bracknell and nvs was recommended. I spoke with someone on the phone who was very helpful and explained the cost which was very reasonable, booked me in and told me a driver would be at my address the nxt working day. Driver arrived on time and was very polite in which he explained everything that he would be doing. Although it was a quick procedure he still made sure the oil levels were correct and the check the car. Easy payment by card machine and very professional job 👍🏻 Definitely recommend and will be using in the future. Thank nvs
