Really positive experience. Following my initial call, Phil got back to me really quickly and kept me up to date in terms of his expected arrival. He arrived on time and quickly identified the problem - new pump fitted and boiler serviced. Left everything clean and tidy and a fair price. Would gladly use Phil again.

I cannot recommend Phil highly enough. Arriving at my late father’s home, I discovered that the boiler had failed, water was gushing out and had caused substantial damage to the property. Coming from out of the area, I didn’t know any heating and plumbing services but found Phil on Google. He came straight out, addressed the issue immediately and put me completely at ease. We agreed a course of action and the work (replacement boiler) was completed with my availability in mind. Phil is genuine, friendly and knowledgeable.
