Excellent price/quality option for a night in Burgos. The room was ample and clean, but the bathroom was a bit tiny for an oversized customer :-) A bit noisy, this said. You tend to follow next room conversations in case the couple has an argument (this said, it may be more interesting than watching the TV, so it is a matter of personal choice). The service was minimum: a single person attending the bar, the restaurant and the hotel. The poor guy was running trying to satisfy everyone... Some very nice West African restaurant one block from the hotel. Great food.

This is located about 2 miles out of Burgos and one had to get an infrequent bus to the Center. Having said that the first thing that impressed us was the helpfulness of the staff. The Cuename also serves as a cafe and local people are using it all the time. We were told how to find the hotel's parking bays in the underground car park and the female employee (who was also serving in the cafe) came down to the car park to make sure we were parked OK. Breakfast was €3 and consisted of a boccadillo and a coffee/tea. Additional of the same could be purchased for a small cost. We went into Burgos by the bus which is fine but they only seemed to run every 1hr 20 mins. The Cuename also has a restaurant but this was closed on a Monday. Instead we were pointed to another restaurant 8 minutes walk away in a hotel but we thought this was pricy.

Great quaint li'l hotel. Very accommodating staff, Diana was helpful and knowledgeable. Made our stay even better.
