This place is DISGUSTING!!!! DO NOT GO!!! I was going to put two dogs in a kennel while I was away for the holidays, and I went for a site tour and cancelled immediately!!! The singular staff sits up front and isn't by the dogs at all so they don't know what is going on. When they showed my the dog area it smelt sooooo bad like urine, was loud, they were under a covered area and had no view to outside. The dog kennels where smaller than a dog bed you can buy from Costco, making it almost impossible for them to lay or turn around in what felt like a cell for them. They make them sleep on wooden pallets with no blankets, toys or anything for comfort. I was told the outside yard was not able to use because they didn't want to use it due to snow coming in the facility. So their "outdoor" play area was the size of my living room with multiple poles, no toys and uneven turf placed between 4 cement walls and a roof. I was then informed that they were over booked for one day of my stay and that they would be taking my dogs and putting them in the laundry room. This place felt, and looked like a dog prison! Don't believe me? Check their Facebook page - not a single picture of the place as it is gross and falling apart!!! If you care about your dog at all, do not put them here!
First time I took my cat to a kennel. It was just overnight, but I have to say that they were very pleasant to deal with even before I came. I got a little tour of the facility and he seemed to be taken care of extremely well.
Awesome as always. Jersey and Gemma did well. It was their first time here.
