I had booked an appointment to get my hair styled for a wedding. I mentioned that I wanted a shampoo, blow dry and curled when I booked the appointment. I did not get that when I arrived. My hairdresser told me that they are SUPPOSED to recommend that we wash our hair the night before and that it’s a dry style. Thank God I had taken a shower!!! Well, I showed her the pictures of the non complicated hair style that I wanted and she flat ironed curled my hair. I was not happy with what I saw from the mirror in front of me, but then she asked me if I liked I flat lied about it but she never showed me the back. IT WAS A RATS NEST! Major fail! I paid the $45 plus a $10 tip then came home and took a shower. There is a reason that she never showed me the back of my head with the mirror like they usually do! Thanks for nothing Natalie! I would not recommend this place!!! Very disappointed!
