Several other companies said the door couldn't be done given the low ceiling inside the garage (which requires an extreme turning radius), but they came up with a solution that looks and works great!! tiransI had my garage doors installed three years ago from barmac . It was a glass panel garage door. Within two years the glass panels started falling causing open gaps letting in outside air and flies. When i complained they said they will repair the issue but i refused and asked for a new brand door without defects . They refused and said they would only repair it . I complained to the builder and went back and forth with this issue for a year without getting what i had asked for . They sent in a repair guy and he git his hours there for a whole day fixing what seem to be the problem . A year after that the glass panels fell again one by one . Barmac ; When someone pays for a brand new garage door give em what he pays for and in case of a defect replace the door . The repair guy came 7 times for and got payed what could have cost changing a brand new garage door and really fixing the problem . I also spoke to the builders manager about it .
