Omar was very professional. He replaced my kitchen and drinking faucet and made sure everything works. His skill is very impressive as the space is really tight under the sink. The appointment, invoice and payment process is also very clear. From what I see today, I highly recommend Bartlett plumbing and Omar for plumbing work.

If you were like me and saw 5 star reviews you'd think hmmm what's the catch here .... I have had many other plumbers come do work at my house and I will never have them come back. My experience here .... I gave them a 5 star rating ( max allowed ) .. they deserve 10+ stars. I would hire Bartlett back in a heartbeat. From the ease of setting up the appointment, to sending the help, the price quoted was the price quoted and best of all I got Omar to fix my issue. This gentleman had to work in an impossible area to repair my pinhole leak above a hot water tank in the furnace room. He did the job very professionally and skillfully. I cannot give him enough accolades on a fantastic job well done !! Many many thanks to you Omar !! I had a scheduled appointment for Wednesday between noon and 3 pm. I was kept in the loop via text that Omar would arrive between noon and one pm the day of the appontmemt and he did arrive within that time window. Provided me a quote for a sump pump replacement and answered a few questions I had concerning my sump pump and sump pit.
