Nahom came to fix our plumbing issue today Oct 3 2025. He did an excellent job. He was courteous, respectful (as I am a senior) , helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was resolved. Rooter’s customer service was also very responsive and dispatched their crew right away. Pricing is also fair and honest.

Technician Masharo did very excellent job to re-route the p-trap drain. He explained everything In details and cleaned up all the debris after the project! So neat! Highly recommended!

Disappointing: I am not at all happy with the service. Almost half a day was spent for just putting a tub spout. Around $80 dollars were charged additionally for the prolonged hours. And they have left a big hole in the dry wall which can be seen in the pictures as nothing was done as planned. And since the washer dryer system was left inside giving very little space for themselves to work on the pipes, they took so much of time and charged me more than what was agreed upon initially. Wont be able to recommend to anybody for such service.
