Very positive experience. My mobility and flexibility improved greatly after seven visits over a period of 5 months. Alex is very approachable. He takes his time to diagnose the issue, applies a number of techniques and listens well to his patient. Unlike some I have previously seen, he does not push for his patient to sign up long-term to repeated visits but leaves the onus with the patient. He has made a real difference for me and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I really cannot recommend Romsey Chiropractor enough, I first attended in December 2024 with what turned out to be a really bad trapped nerve in my neck and was having trouble turning my head and reaching for things. My first appointment with Laura whilst quite painful was the best thing I could have done, a second appointment a week later and already it was feeling better. Yes I have been attending monthly and doing my daily exercises that Laura tasked me with. I am now pretty much cured and very grateful for the services received. I can honestly say that I was quite reluctant to do anything about my pain at first thinking it will go away, obviously my first appointment proved me wrong. I would like to say a massive thank you to Laura in particular but also to Romsey Chiropractor. If you have any problems with back pain muscular pain I strongly recommend you visit Romsey Chiropractor you will not be disappointed. Thank you all again.

It's not just each visit that leaves me feeling better, but the exercises and recommendations between visits that also make a significant improvement.
