Bask is my favorite yoga studio! Not only do I love their yoga classes, but they also offer a hot conditioning class (which is more of a workout type of class, with weights and bands) Their studio is so beautiful and aesthetic, they have tons of classes everyday, and their teachers are the best of the best. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I love bask! The instructors are all so lovely. The environment is always peaceful and welcoming. I started out with private lessons to learn the modifications. Bask is very beginner friendly and I have never felt uncomfortable. Highly recommend atleast giving it a try!

I’ve been taking Brittany Arpaio’s Monday night class (8pm) in Brick since the summer. It’s an awesome class. She brings a “chill” energy to the class and has poses for all levels of yoga, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. She encourages everyone to do what’s best for them individually. As a former college basketball player, my hips and low back have gotten increasingly tight as I’ve gotten older and Brittany’s classes have certainly helped loosen both areas. I always leave their feeling much better than when I came. I highly recommend taking one of her classes! She’s awesome.
