Sam Taylor at Harrison Bathrooms has single-handedly restored my faith in Customer Service. He acted immediately on my enquiry, notwithstanding I caught him on a day when he was working without his usual colleagues. He sourced what I needed and had it posted out that afternoon. He contacted me to make sure the packages had arrived safely and asked me to call should I struggle to fit the replacement thermostatic cartridges. Really impressed- thanks Sam.

Great customer service received from Sam in arranging a replacement thermostatic valve for my shower. Whilst I'm rather concerned that the original one developed a fault within 6 months of fitting the shower I'm hopeful that the replacement will sort the issue out & last a lot longer. Very prompt responses to all my emails, hence the five star rating!
