Brilliant washing machine repair. Very prompt visit and quick repair. Cost very reasonable. My previous alternative attempts to get visit via manufacturer were hassle. When I eventually got through to Hoover they advised significant call volume and 20 min wait time, just to talk. I was in a rush. Significant washing backlog after a camping trip and expected the machine might even need replacing anyway. Glen (Which trusted trader) picked up the call directly and arranged to visit on a Saturday. Advised likely visit time and kept us updated. Then just got on with the diagnosis and repaired very quickly. Very impressed.
