Highly recommend! I needed my daughters iPhone screen replaced and I was happy they had the screen for an iPhone Xr in stock since the phone is several years old. The tech's Zach and Noah were extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Since Batteries Plus is now a certified Apple repair place I was not able to use an after market screen. I was initially disappointed in the cost of the repair, but the guys were not pushy, and I felt better about getting the phone fixed by professionals.

I had a really great experience at Bateries Plus in Lake Wales, FL. My phone had a hardware issue that I couldn't resolve on my own. I thought I would need to buy a new phone but my son said, to take it to Batteries Plus. I didn't know they could repair phones, I guess that's the "plus" part of the name. They ordered my part, called me as soon as it came in and the repair took less than 2 hours. Special shout out to Noah, as he had just started working there and it was his first repair.
