Don't believe the pictures! Skip this hotel. Spend the money and stay somewhere else. Now that being said if you want to feel like you staying in and abandoned hotel this is your place. I don't know how much cleaning was done on the rooms our trash in the bathroom wasn't emptied, towels looked dirty, found USED Q-TIPS. If we weren't exhausted we would have gone somewhere else. Oh and it looked like someone dyed their hair and stained the counter. Just overall not a pleasant feeling.

They upcharge certain customers and charge certain customers late fees and not others. Plumbing and heating are a disaster. There is a HUGE problem with mice and cockroaches. Nothing is being fixed. They are rude and problematic. Nothing is draining in bathroom. Heat shuts off all the time. Charged several late fees over the course of 2 months even when they were made aware of work payment schedule. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! It is a safety and health hazard.

When I first checked in, the staff was polite and helpful. They showed me to my room and made sure everything was ready. But when I looked again later, the room wasn't as good as promised. The smell upon immediately entering was somewhere between fish and Pickles. The towel holder next to the shower is falling out of the wall. Some of the electrical sockets just don't work. I don't recommend staying here if you have anywhere else to go.

No toilet paper, no towels, the ac didn't work. Went to ask for a refund and it took them 15 minutes to come to the front desk so then she told me no to a refund. Not even a latch on the door to keep it shut. The back door didn't even close all the way and had a board to keep it shut. Had booked it through Expedia and when Expedia tried to help with just a room change they hung up on them. A very overall horrible and disgusting place. Would not recommend.
