This was such a treat. Bucket list wish. Kristen was our server as well as bartender. She has great smile! Storm in the gift shop helped me purchase crowns and surprise all the ladies by presenting them—they were impressed and raved. Tried the new drink Kristen created. Learned new chef so look for new menu. Farm to table fare and everything was excellent. I had shrimp grits and it was next level. Bummed couldn’t get fried green tomatoes from lunch menu but ok. Desserts were divine. Atmosphere was fantastic

We tried the spa for the 1st time for my daughter’s 21st bday. Susan was amazing for my daughter’s massage/mud detox. She was gentle and explained each detail to ensure she was comfortable. Olivia did my facial and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. She thanked me at the end for telling her my preferences and not just accepting what I did not like. She was amazing! Had a massage with Owen and it seems he did not understand how to treat a lady kindly in a massage. Nor did he know the difference between a rough massage or a deep tissue massage. Only four stars due to my experience with Owen.

I was invited to have lunch there for my birthday. Tristan was an amazing waiter. I enjoyed the fried grits appetizer and the salad. The crab cakes and butternut bisque not so much. We had to send back the avocado toast because it was burnt and bland. The Castle had just started the Autumn menu so I will give them grace. My favorite part was touring the grounds and petting the goats! The Castle is a vibe and I recommend going if you have about 2-3 hrs to do it!

We stayed here on our wedding night! Our room was fantastic and the service was excellent. We had ordered champagne and tiara and they were in our room when we arrived. The meal at the castle farm was excellent.|| And the young man that waited on us was very professional yet very friendly. Ruby at the front desk was very organized and knowledgeable. Overall I would recommend the ||Kentucky Castle to anyone that wanted an extra special evening.
