Really, a 3 1/2 star review. I'll round up. The hotel was nice, we stayed in late June 2025. There is no hot tub, as mentioned on Google but there is a small indoor pool. Breakfasts were tasty, and the social hour a few days of the week in the evening was a nice touch. Our room was cozy, but we were missing some essentials like cooking pans (there were only two pots for cooking), utensils (only 2-4 of each utensil), and am actual table to eat at. See pictures below, where you see the shelf and light, that would have been a nice place for a small two person table. I had to disinfect the ottoman and we ate dinners on the ottoman. There is also a HUGE desk by the couch that is totally unnecessarily big. A waste of space. The thermostat can be tricky to figure out and it is not accurate at all. If you want 74 cooling, set it at 70. There's about a 3-4 degree difference between the setting and when cooling turns off. The bathroom needs an exhaust fan, there isn't one in the shower and toilet area.

Positive: Overall the hotel was very nice. Rooms are in good condition and beds are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Negative: The AC unit in our room was very loud every time it turned on and would wake us up.

We really love this hotel, we stayed in their two room suite. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are very clean and stocked. Only a couple downsides we came across was getting a staff member after 11 at the front desk was not possible. Waited for over 15 minutes and even called the front desk, nothing. Not sure where they were, August 9 2025, but that was disappointing. And the pool was so cold, need to check that out, a pool shouldn’t be so cold indoors in the summer. But the breakfast buffet team, top notch!

This was our favorite hotel ever! The room was clean and very large. The staff, Favor and Eunice, were exceptional! Social hour was a bonus... never had been offered that before. Breakfast was really good. The bed was SO comfortable. Everything was perfect
