Easily a 5 star stay, except the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. Downright rude actually. But….The rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. This hotel is in the heart of downtown and in close walking distance to great restaurants and plenty of things to do. The food at the hotel is the real star here, and the restaurant staff is outstanding! You MUST get the lamb lollipops. They are cooked to perfection and come with a yogurt based sauce that is simply divine. It’s a perfect meal to cap off a stay at this wonderful hotel.

Would love to talk about my wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. The bartender, Crittenden, was absolutely amazing I came down to order my food to go he was so welcoming caring and elevated he made me feel comfortable and he had refilled my sweet tea like three times before my food even came! He intentionally had outstanding customer service! The food was outstanding I had to call the front desk to talk about “who was back there cooking that fried chicken?” Because Franky and Sierra back there seasoned the batter and chicken to perfection my chicken was fresh well seasoned and the sides were absolutely delicious! When I called the front desk to talk about my outstanding experience Arti was ready to help, she was also kind and welcoming and listen to what I had to say and made sure everything was executed perfectly! This will stay in my mind as one of my favorites and I’m thankful to have had the chance to stay here on business! This is the definition of a great team and exceptional customer care please keep being amazing!!!!

It should be a 5 star review, but I expected more at a Regency. We felt safe, bed was comfortable. Cons - There is no place to place luggage off the ground, no luggage rack, no bench. No place for toiletries in bathroom, often I've seen a shelf under counter that is helpful for this. Hotel is loud. Cars racing around the block and revving engines past 2:30 am, we were on 7th floor on a Saturday night. Voices echo from the lobby and floors with the open concept. It didn't feel especially nice. I would stay elsewhere if coming to town again.

Room was clean, it was fine. It lacked space to put luggage anywhere but the floor, and no place for toiletries, a shelf under small counter would be nice. I felt safe, location was good for our. trip, it did not meet Regency standards for me. It was loud, others have mentioned the echo chamber, but on Saturday night cars seemed to be racing around the block and revving their engines past 2:30 am, we were on the 7th floor.
