We are very happy with our stay here. Last time I stayed in Wichita I stayed at a motel and was scared all night long. This hotel is surprisingly very inexpensive but nice. The beds are comfy. The room is comfy. No pet fee pet friendly. Every pet friendly room I've ever had I was charged $50 per dog. I definitely recommend.

It's not a 5 star but is at the same time. I feel more safe in this less safe neighborhood than the "safe" neighborhood I just left as these guys will mind their own business and leave you be. I'm the least of this neighborhoods problems. Strange way of looking at things, yes. But this has been my experience and review. The staff is very friendly and willing to work with you if you are struggling from time to time.

The room was dirty. In and around the beds there was litter that we had to keep our dogs from getting. The shower didn't work(no hot water). When I talked to the gentleman at the front desk all he could say was I should have told him. We didn't use the shower until late the night before we left. There were dead and alive bugs in the room. The only thing I can say about the room was the beds were just adequate. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone. We stayed in room 108

There was a storm the night we stayed. We were on the first floor. Our ceiling leaked a lot of water on the floor and int my husbands suitcase. It came in through the vent. It was midnight, we were all settled in for the night. We called the front desk for some towels...we really didn't want to move rooms. We were told they didn't have any extra towels. We did move rooms. We had to go out in the rain, up the stairs to a new room. The customer service was horrible! So inconvenient for us as paying customers.. Motel 6 used to be a good practical, affordable hotel stop for the average traveler, but these franchise owners are ruining the name. Motel 6 needs to do some check ups on their investments.
