This was our first time building a custom home and we really enjoyed working with Bayshore Construction. Rob has a lot of experience building in the Parksville Qualicum area and his knowledge of local permits is extensive. Selena, the designer, is a joy to work with and her attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly. Rob has created a team of professional and knowledgeable people who take care of everything from excavation to final finishing. The sub trades he hires are pleasant to work with and are very skilled. Bayshore Construction created a beautiful house that lived up to our dreams.

Bayshore Construction provided excellent service and quality construction and craftmanship. Working with Rob, Selena and Brett made purchasing a new home an enjoyable experience. The Bayshore team was amazing! Selena’s advice and design ideas made our home beautiful. Whenever we dropped by while the house was being built Brett and the crew were very professional, friendly and informative. The house was ready early and since we have moved in, Rob and the Bayshore Team has been there to help, making us feel very confident. This our first time having a new house built and we would highly recommend Rob and his Bayshore Construction team.
