I recently saw Dr. Murtaugh regarding my swimmer’s shoulder, which I have been experiencing for the past five months. Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling discouraged. The visit felt quite brief, and the only option presented was a cortisone injection. There was no comprehensive discussion of treatment options, such as physiotherapy, exercise therapy, or massage, to address the root cause of the issue rather than just a short-term fix. I would have appreciated a more complete treatment plan or guidance on next steps to support long-term recovery. It really was a waste of time seeing Dr Murtaugh.

Had an appointment as I was experiencing discomfort in the neck. Clinic was recommended by my family doctor. Was welcomed by reception and felt comfortable the moment I walked in the door. The Physiotherapist assigned, Julie, was extremely professional and managed to diagnose that the issue may have been a cyst in the neck. She recommended ultrasound to confirm and did not try and do any therapy until this was confirmed. A model professional and should I need the therapy in the future would not hesitate to go back and see Julie.

Have used their services twice, both with excellent results! Could not be happier with this Lifemark location in Collingwood. Recommended by Sunnybrook Hospital. An OHIP covered facility. No service better. I have tried them.
