I had an AMAZING experience at Baystate Dental in Wilbraham. Due to my anxiety, I haven’t seen a dentist in longer than I want to admit. I only chose this office because it was so close. However, what an amazing experience. Every single person I came in contact with was personable, friendly, nonjudgmental, and kind. The dental assistant was so sweet, supportive and knowledgeable regarding her skills. The dental hygienist was patient, understanding and friendly. The dentist was straight forward, patient and provided me great education regarding the plan going forward. I cannot say enough about the front office staff as well. Smiling, kind, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The woman at the front desk answered all my questions after my appointment, with a positive, comforting, but factual attitude. She never rushed me out the door. She made sure I was clear on the plan and the amount it would cost me. I left feeling good about the journey to come! Thank you ALL!

I saw Dr. Lauren Depinter on 10/27 to see if she could glue a crown that had fallen out. It must be at least 50 years old. She was able to fix it for me and also to adjust my upper parcel which just had a tooth added when I had the tooth pulled. I was very satisfied with her. She made me feel very comfortable and explained what she was doing. I would highly recommend Dr DEPINTER and I plan on having her do my future dental work!!
